Rock climbing !!!

First Mom and Isha jiji, and then Dad... everyone went rock-climbing tonight at the indoor wall at Dick's Sporting Goods. And all the excitement around me, cheering and shouting - made me even more thrilled, and by the end of it I was repeating - Ria climbing.... Ris climbing... and I kept trying to cross the rope... I really really wanted to do it myself, but no one would let me :(

X'Mas in Richmond!

So Mom and Dad finally decide to drive down to Richmond (after thinking about it for a lo~~~ong time!)... and I have an awesome time with suddenly a lot more people to pamper me and play with me... Ravi fufu, Vandana bua and Isha jiji.

From 'Abhi' to 'Papa'

After calling my Dad as 'Abhi' for most of 2006, past week I finally started calling him 'Papa'...
Now, whenever he returned back home from outside, I'd give him a BIG smile and shout 'Pa~~Pa' !!!

Shagnik is back, but things have changed...

My fav 'uncle' in NY has always been Shagnik - Shagnik & Ruchika are our next door neighbours and very close friends of Mom n Dad. When I was a kid ('laugh laugh'!) I used to run to his apartment and shout 'Nik'... slowly the Nik turned to Shagnik... and 'masi' turned to 'Ruchika masi'... Even while they were gone to India past month I'd go to their apt every couple of days to water their plants and keep calling out for Shagnik.

But meanwhile I started enjoying Janaki uncle's company a lot... whenever Janaki and Renu masi would come to visit us, Janaki would play with me as if he's my age and my own friend... run around with me, jump with me... and.... tickle me lots n lots n lots... and i love it all! .... so much as that everytime I'd meet only Renu, I'll ask her 'Janaki?'

So now that Shagnik has returned from India, he'll have to work harder (or rather, play harder) to appease me... ;-)

"Good morning Mummy"

I revealed my next CNT today morning when I woke up and said "Good morning mummy" to Mom, and then started looking around for Dad. He was doing puja when Mom took me to him, and I said "Good morning Abhi".... and got showered by hugs n kisses :-) Both Mom and Dad had been saying 'Good morning' to me for the past few weeks, and they were so happy when they realized I'd finally got its meaning!
